Another reason to go fishing: A new study found that women who ate two or more weekly servings of fish had a 20% lower risk of hearing loss. Thank long-chain omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids: “They may help maintain chochlear blood flow and protect against hearing damage, ” says study author Sharon Curhan, a physician at Brigham and Women’s Hospital at Harvard Medical School!
